Welcome to our School of Biblical Theology. The School of Biblical Theology (SBT) was formed in 1985 by DSBC. The school offers both a four year Master’s Theology degree to men called to the ministry and a non-degreed program for those Christians desiring a deeper understanding of The Word of God and gaining the tools to delve deeper into it's doctrines and precepts. All classes are offered on a Grace basis (Tuition Free) for those who are unable to financially attend an credited seminary. College professors volunteer their education, time and experiences to the SBT for this seminary training. Those students desiring a Master’s Theology degree are required to complete the Champlaincy course, Biblical History, beginner and advanced courses in both the Greek and Hebrew languages, a thesis on book of 1 John and on book of Jonah, thirteen categories of systematic theology, hermeneutics, field training, and mentoring in evangelism and church ministries. Those students not seeking a degree, but desiring the better equip themselves in the Faith and thereby enhance the effectiveness of their personal and/or church affiliated ministries are free to participate in any and all course curriculum. Since 1985, twenty one men have completed the School of Biblical Theology and received the Master’s Theology degree along with those men and women, all mature believers, who are now involved in effective personal, missionary and church ministries. “And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:11-13) “Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, handling accurately the word of truth.” (2 Timothy 2:15) Course
